The concrete shell goes through final finishing, all the necessary components, and selected accessories are prepared for shipment.

Your fire feature is crated and sent off to its final destination. Our custom-built crates ensure that your product is protected while in transit.

SET UP AND ENJOY
Your fire feature will be dropped off curbside. It is advised to schedule the needed manpower to place your fire feature in its final position.

  • Quick-ship is a collection of fire features in select color and size options that are ready to ship anywhere in the contiguous USA within two to three weeks of purchase.

    The current products available are ARCUS, AURA, BLOC, BOLA, OVA, OVA soft and PAOLO.

    Select accessory options are also available for you to choose from.

  • Fire features available for Quick-Ship do not offer the breadth of customization available to our standard made-to-order product line. They’re only available in select configurations. Depending on the fire feature, you can modify the concrete color add a tabletop, or upgrade the infill.

    By curating this collection, these fire features have a lead time that is considerably faster than their made-to-order counterparts.

  • No, Quick-Ship products are limited to select size and colors options in order to provide an expedited fulfillment timeline.

    If a differing size or color option is integral to your design vision, we recommend opting for the made-to-order variant of the product.

  • We analyzed our sales data to identify the most chosen configurations for our best-selling fire features year over year.

    With that information, we’ve made investments to enhance our manufacturing capabilities in order to accommodate the increases to production and expedited turn arounds.

    Therefore, only products within the Quick-ship page benefit from the faster production lead times.

    If necessary and for a fee, made-to-order products can be expedited.

  • Yes, quick-ship fire features qualify for seasonal sales, promotions, and trade discounts.

  • Yes, however, the fastest method to take delivery of your product is via curbside freight.

    If you choose white glove service at checkout, be aware that final delivery and installation will occur 3 to 4 weeks from purchase, as your fire feature will be added to the existing delivery queue.
