A fire feature is not a parcel. It is a single piece of architectural concrete, and how it arrives matters as much as how it was made.
So we do it ourselves. Our own team and our own vehicles bring your piece to your outdoor room, carry it into position, level it on the ground you have prepared, and connect it to your gas line. Installation is complimentary — not an upsell, but the last step of the work.
Then we light it, and walk you through it, and leave you with a fire feature that is already doing what it was designed to do.
*Electronic ignition systems: our team places the unit in its final position, and all final electrical connections are completed by a licensed electrician.

Prepare
Your gas line is run to our specifications by a licensed professional, and the ground is level and ready. This is the only step that is yours.

Deliver
Our own team and vehicles deliver your fire feature directly to your outdoor space. No freight carriers. No curbside delivery. No crate left on your driveway.

Place
Depending on your product and configuration, gas, electrical, or water service may be required. Any necessary utilities should be installed to our specifications by a licensed trade professional before delivery. Once that's complete, our White Glove team takes care of the rest.

Test
We bring your LUMACAST piece to life, testing every function to ensure your fire or water feature is operating exactly as intended and ready to enjoy from day one.

*Please note: Installation services are contingent upon prior preparation of the site in accordance with Lumacast's guidelines. This service is designed for ground-level placements; if your desired location is on a rooftop deck or terraced backyard, kindly contact us beforehand for a tailored quote. In the event that the necessary preparations are not complete or your gas line is not active, our team will leave your fire feature near the final location or at a preferred on-site spot. Additional visits, if required, are subject to a $200 fee. Weather and other external factors may influence service availability.
