Quick Ship fire features are ready to ship within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Please be aware that selecting White Glove Service may increase your lead time depending on the time of year or demand.

Fire features available for Quick-Ship do not offer the breadth of customization available in our made-to-order product line. They’re only available in select configurations. Depending on the fire feature, you can modify the concrete color, add a tabletop, or upgrade the infill. By curating this collection, these fire features have a considerably faster lead time than their made-to-order counterparts.

No, Quick-Ship products are limited to select size and color options to provide an expedited fulfillment timeline. If a different size or color is integral to your design, we recommend opting for the made-to-order version.

We analyzed our sales data to identify the most chosen configurations for our best-selling fire features year over year. With that information, we’ve made investments to enhance our manufacturing capabilities in order to accommodate increased production and expedited turnarounds. Therefore, only products listed on the Quick Ship page benefit from the faster production lead times. If necessary, and for an additional fee, made-to-order products can be expedited.

Within California, your Quick Ship product will be dropped off curbside by our team. For orders outside of California, they are shipped via LTL freight, and you’ll receive tracking information once the item ships. The crate will be delivered curbside.

White glove service is available, however lead times will be extended.

Yes, white glove service is available for Quick Ship orders; however, it is not the fastest delivery method. The quickest way to receive your fire feature is via curbside drop-off within California or LTL freight in select states.

If you select white glove service, delivery timelines will vary based on your location. In California, Oregon, and Washington, final delivery may occur 3–4 weeks after purchase depending on demand. Seasonal delivery routes to Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah typically run once per month and are weather-dependent, with delivery timelines ranging from 3–5 weeks. If your order is placed too close to an upcoming run, it may need to be scheduled on the following month's route.

We do our best to place your order into the next available delivery appointment once we've received confirmation that your site is ready to receive. To help avoid delays, we strongly encourage confirming site readiness as soon as possible.

If a longer wait isn’t ideal, and we’re notified within the first week after purchase, your order can be switched to LTL freight instead—with no impact to the standard 2–3 week Quick Ship lead time. Any difference in shipping costs will be refunded.

Yes, the fire feature is covered by a 3-year warranty, while the burner is covered by the manufacturer's lifetime warranty.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we offer a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase. For Quick Ship orders, cancellations after this window will incur a 25% restocking fee, as these products are prioritized in our finishing and logistics queues to ensure they ship within two weeks. This fee accounts for material and labor costs associated with expedited production. If your order is already in transit, it will be subject to our standard return policy.

LUMACAST offers a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. To begin, contact us via info@lumacast.com or 888-710-1026 and provide photos of the product for assessment. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that shipping costs are associated with these items based on your shipping zone, and flat rate shipping fees are subsidized by LUMACAST to provide more affordable options. If you need to return a product, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility, in addition to any applicable restocking fees, and will be deducted from your refund. If your unit had complimentary free shipping as part of a promotion, you would still be responsible for covering shipping costs on the return.

If white glove service was used, delivery fees are non-refundable. A pickup fee will apply for returns in California, while return crate and shipping fees will apply for other regions, all of which will be deducted from the refund along with the 25% restocking fee.
