Designed around your space. Built around your vision. LUMACAST Custom takes our signature fire and water features beyond standard dimensions, offering the flexibility to tailor scale, configurations, and details to complement the unique architecture and landscape of your project.
Custom Project Guidelines
LUMACAST Custom is available exclusively to certified Trade Program members, with custom fire feature projects starting at $12,500 and custom water feature projects starting at $8,500. Custom projects are quoted independently and are not eligible for trade discounts, sales, or promotional pricing. All projects utilize our standard concrete color palette.

Workflow & Timeline

1 - 2 weeks
Initial Inquiry
Tell us about your project, including dimensions and desired modifications. Our design team will work with you to explore what's possible while considering manufacturing requirements, delivery logistics, and the overall scope of the project.

2 - 3 weeks
Design Development
During design development, LUMACAST provides detailed 2D and 3D drawings, AI renderings, and a 3D-printed scale model to help visualize the final design. Material samples can also be provided during this phase to assist with final product selections.

5 - 6 weeks
Production
With the design finalized and payment complete, fabrication begins. Custom molds are created, your fire feature is individually cast and finished, and the completed piece is carefully prepared for delivery or shipping.
Custom FAQ
LUMACAST Custom provides greater dimensional flexibility for select fire and water feature designs, giving architects and designers more freedom to respond to the specific spatial requirements of a project.
Dimensions and proportions can be adjusted to accommodate seating arrangements, increase usable table space, respond to architectural conditions, or create a more intentional relationship between the feature, surrounding architecture, and landscape.
The designs featured here have been selected for their adaptability to custom applications. That said, every project is different. If you have another LUMACAST fire or water feature in mind, contact our team and we'll be happy to explore what may be possible.
The current lead time for a custom fire feature is between EIGHT (8) TO TWELVE (12) WEEKS.
No, custom fire features are not compatible with any discounts or promotions. If you'd like to take advantage of any seasonal sales, opt for a made-to-order or quick-ship fire feature.
Custom products are covered by our industry-leading warranty.
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
It is important to make sure all measurements and product modifications are dialed in before production is started. Material samples are also provided.
Returns or exchanges due to in-transit damage or defects from craftsmanship are covered under our standard store policies.
