  1. Fill with a garden hose. Water recirculates within the feature.

  2. The integrated pump connects to a standard electrical outlet.

  3. Position on a stable, level surface.

  4. Check the water level regularly and replenish as needed.

Eight signature colors, mixed in-house from our own cement blend and earth-based oxides, plus exclusive pastels for water features. Concrete reads differently in morning sun and at dusk, so hold a sample against your stone and planting before you order.

Do I need a plumber?

No. Lumacast water features are self-contained and do not connect to a water line. Fill it with a hose and plug it in.

What does it need to run?

A working 110–120 V outlet nearby. The 350 gallon-per-hour pump uses a standard plug, in both Spring and Rain. Confirm the outlet is live before delivery.

Spring or Rain?

Spring rises through a powder-coated aluminum spout and cascades over decorative stone, for a lively, layered surface. Rain spreads across a GFR concrete dome under a machined brass cap and falls inward in droplets, for a steadier, resonant sound.

Which one is louder?

Spring. The water falls openly over the stones, so more of its sound carries. Rain's dome softens the sound but keeps the flow more even and consistent. On either one, the pump can be turned up for a stronger sound.

Does it refill itself?

No. Top it up by hand as water evaporates. How often depends on use, sun and wind.

How long does it take?

Water features are ready in 6–9 weeks. That is production time and does not include freight transit; each product page confirms its own timing.

How is it delivered?

Larger pieces ship LTL freight with curbside drop-off, or with White Glove placement in California, Arizona, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Freight is typically 2–10 business days in transit (1–3 in California). Delivery and shipping.

What is the warranty?

Residential orders carry a three-year warranty on the concrete shell and Lumacast-made accessories; third-party accessories carry one year. Commercial orders carry one year on all components. Full warranty.
