I bought a 42" Ova to incorporate into my backyard remodel and the process was super easy. Lumacast contacted me and walked me through the ordering process, including sending color samples. Once I placed the order, the wait time was reasonable and I was kept abreast of the progress the entire way. The day of the delivery, their courteous and professional technicians came and installed the unit for me. Post install, as I started to use the unit, I noticed some excess noise coming from the fire pit. I contacted them and Matt and Pablo were great in sending their team out the same day to fix it. Lumacast is the type of company you rarely find that truly believes in providing exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them!

The Lumacast fire pit was installed today in our backyard and it looks beautiful! The white glove installation was wonderful as well and Jose could not have been nicer! He showed us how to work it and even gave us a spare key, just in case! We went with black oval/round and it complements all the colors just perfectly in the space. I remodeled my backyard in Feb 2026 and was looking for a good quality, well priced fireplace with high BTU output. There are a LOT of options available online, but its hard to gauge the quality of the material and performance of the firepits without seeing them in person. I found Lumacast through an online forum and after a visit to the local showroom with Pablo (Regional Sales Manager) in Hayward, I bought the Strato firepit. Pablo and the Lumacast team were fantastic throughout the process, communicated well about the order progress, and went above and beyond in delivering and installing an amazing firepit.

Keep in mind that most firepits that you'll find online will have about 50k BTU output - this is how much heat the fire will generate. These firepits will have a flame but they wont really warm up the surrounding area, or you sitting next to it. The Strato is 270k BTU output (at full flame, which you don't have to use if you don't need to), which is significantly better.

The ordering process was amazing, and install was super smooth with a very professional crew. Post install, I reached out to Pablo to add a glass guard (seen in the daytime picture attached) and once again, he provided exceptional service to get me this accessory before an event at my house. I received so many compliments about the fireplace. Its a joy to spend the evenings in my backyard with the fire going at nights. I was looking to get a firepit for our new backyard project. We live in Carmel, Indiana. I shopped the oulet section and found a perfect Arcus model I wanted for my outdoor space. The entire process to purchase the firepit online, purchasing additional accessories (cover, table top) with an agent via phone, as well as coordinating the shipment with a specialist via email was very easy and hassel free. Everything went very smoothly. The firepit & accessories were shipped in a very secure crate, even with impact dye to track damages. Nothing was damaged. The firepit looks very clean and got updated hardware as well. The Lumacast website has very detail installation instructions (utilities requirements and install) and videos to uncrate and set up the firepit. Our family is very happy with the result and the firepit has become our nightly focal point for our outdoor space.

Love our fire pit! It’s very nice and good quality. It elevates our backyard, my only regret is not getting a size bigger. We got the 36 in one. 42in might be a better choice for us.
