Title card: "Electronic Ignition Workflow."

A man walks onto a deck overlooking wooded hills, where a long concrete fire feature sits in front of a dark sofa, under a gray all-weather cover. On screen: "Before operating your electronic ignition system, make sure to remove the all-weather cover along with any tabletops." He lifts off the cover and sets it on the sofa. On screen: "CAUTION: Failure to do so and igniting the system will result in irreparable damage to the fire feature shell, accessories and burner components."

Indoors, he walks to a wall switch. On screen: "Turn on the electronic ignition system by toggling the designated wall-mounted switch, timer or through your smart home app."

Close-up of the burner under gray stones. On screen: "The system will activate, energizing the glow plug and opening the flow of natural gas or propane." Flames appear. On screen: "The system may cycle a few times before it ignites, this is normal."

Back on the deck, the fire is burning. On screen: "For optimal ignition and gas flow, we recommend maintaining your manual valve at half open." Then: "Now sit back, relax and enjoy." He sits on the sofa by the fire.

On screen: "Turn off your system by toggling the designated wall-mounted switch or through your smart home app." The flames go out. On screen: "Please allow your fire feature and infill media up to an hour to cool off before putting on any tabletops or an all-weather cover." He puts the cover back on. On screen: "Keeping your electronic ignition system covered when not in use, helps to extend the life of the pilot ignitor." Then: "This is especially recommended during prolonged inclement weather or if in close proximity to the coast." Then: "Please contact us for additional technical documents and install specifications." The video ends on the covered fire feature.
