*Special note for electronic ignition systems: If your Lumacast fire feature is equipped with an electronic ignition system, our White Glove Service will include placing the unit in its final position. However, all final connections for these systems must be completed by a licensed professional to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Our team makes seasonal deliveries to Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah. Typically the delivery season for Arizona and Southern Nevada occurs during the cooler months; fall to spring. For Colorado, Northwestern Nevada and Utah the season starts in late spring and ends mid fall, subject to weather conditions.

*Please note: Installation services are contingent upon prior preparation of the site in accordance with Lumacast's guidelines. This service is designed for ground-level placements; if your desired location is on a rooftop deck or terraced backyard, kindly contact us beforehand for a tailored quote. In the event that the necessary preparations are not complete or your gas line is not active, our team will leave your fire feature near the final location or at a preferred on-site spot. Additional visits, if required, are subject to a $200 fee. Weather and other external factors may influence service availability.
