Promotion Dates: January 23–26, 2026 (ends at 11:59 PM PT)
These terms outline the conditions for Lumacast’s Flash Sale promotional offers.
The Flash Sale is available for a limited time only and applies to select, preconfigured fire features while quantities last.
1. Flash Sale — Limited-Time Savings on Select Units
Select preconfigured fire features are available at promotional pricing during the Flash Sale period.
Flash Sale units are limited in quantity and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Discounts apply only to the base configuration, which includes:

GFR concrete shell

Warming Trends burner assembly

Rolled lava rock infill
Accessories and add-ons are not included in the promotion and are sold separately at standard retail pricing.
Flash Sale pricing cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or Trade Program incentives.
2. Lead Times
Flash Sale units are subject to an estimated 10–12 week production lead time.
Transit times for LTL freight shipping or White Glove Delivery are additional and not included in production estimates.
3. Cancellations & Returns
Standard Lumacast cancellation and return policies apply to all Flash Sale purchases.
Exclusions
Custom orders and special projects are excluded from this promotion.
This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or Trade Program incentives.
Taxes, installation costs, and delivery service fees are not included in promotional pricing.

Lumacast reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.
