These terms apply to Lumacast’s Memorial Day promotional offers.
Sitewide Discount —30% Off
A 30% discount is applied automatically to all eligible Lumacast fire features, water features, furnishings, and accessories during the promotional period.
Discount applies only during the Memorial Day Sale event window and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or programs unless otherwise stated.
Pricing applies to the product subtotal only and does not include taxes, shipping, delivery services, or installation.
Exclusions
Custom orders and Lumacast Custom projects are excluded from the Memorial Day Sale promotion.
Lead Times
Production lead times vary by product category and order volume.
Quick Ship products follow an estimated 7–10 day production lead time.
Made-to-Order products follow estimated lead times listed on their respective product pages.
Lead times are estimates only and may be affected by seasonal order volume, material availability, and holiday closures.
Cancellations & Returns
Standard Lumacast cancellation and return policies apply to all Memorial Day Sale purchases.
Pricing & Eligibility
Promotional pricing applies only to purchases made during the Memorial Day Sale event window.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed prior to the start of the promotion and cannot be extended beyond the promotional period.

Lumacast reserves the right to adjust, modify, or end promotional terms at any time due to operational considerations, inventory limitations, or pricing errors.
