Every color starts with our own proprietary cement blend, pigmented with earth-based oxides. Each piece is cast by hand, so slight variations in tone are part of the character — no two are exactly alike.

Contact usDo I need a gas line?
Made to Order and Quick Ship fire features run on natural gas or propane, through a hardline or, where a hardline isn't possible, an external propane tank. The ECO Series burns bioethanol and needs no gas line at all. Fuel sources.
Who installs it?
A certified plumber is required to connect the gas to the fire feature, or to terminate the gas line at the suggested shut-off valve (refer to the provided plan drawings). For electronic ignition, a certified electrician is also required to connect the spark unit.
How long does it take?
Made to Order is ready in 4–6 weeks, Quick Ship ships in 7–10 business days, and the ECO Series is ready in 5–6 weeks. These are production times and do not include freight transit.
How is it delivered?
Larger pieces ship LTL freight with curbside drop-off, or with White Glove placement in California and in Arizona, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Freight is typically 2–10 business days in transit (1–3 in California). Delivery and shipping.
What is the warranty?
Residential orders carry a three-year warranty on the concrete shell and Lumacast-made accessories (aluminum and wood-faced composite tabletops); third-party accessories carry one year. Commercial orders carry one year on all components. Full warranty.
