Questions

Contact us
What is the difference between Spring and Rain?

Spring rises through a powder-coated aluminum spout over decorative stone. Rain flows from a machined brass cap over a GFR concrete dome.

How is it powered?

OVA runs a 350 gallon-per-hour pump on a 110–120 V standard plug connection, in both typologies. Each product page lists the details for its form.

Where can it go?

Lumacast water features are engineered for residential, hospitality and commercial environments.

How is it delivered?

Larger pieces ship LTL freight with curbside drop-off, or with White Glove placement in California and in Arizona, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Freight is typically 2–10 business days in transit (1–3 in California). Delivery and shipping.

What is the warranty?

Residential orders carry a three-year warranty on the concrete shell and Lumacast-made accessories (aluminum and wood-faced composite tabletops); third-party accessories carry one year. Commercial orders carry one year on all components. Full warranty.

Not sure which size fits?

Send us photos of your space, or a napkin sketch with its dimensions, plus your furniture's dimensions. We'll place the piece in your space to scale and send a side, front and plan view. How it works.
