Made-to-order fire features have a lead time of 4 to 7 weeks, depending on the size, color, and configuration selected.

With made-to-order fire features, you can select from any available size, color, and accessory options for the chosen product. However, full customizations, such as unique design modifications or concrete colors outside of the available options, are not possible.

Once your order is placed, it enters the production queue. If you selected TBD for the color, samples will be sent to you, and you have 10 days to finalize your color choice to avoid delays. The fire feature is then cast, demolded, and allowed to cure. After curing, the piece enters the finishing stage, and the burner system and accessories are produced and assembled. After passing quality assurance, your fire feature is either crated for LTL freight delivery or delivered curbside in California. White glove service is available in certain regions.

Yes, made-to-order fire features are covered by a 3-year warranty, and the Warming Trends burners are backed by the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty.

Our made-to-order fire features are crafted from premium GFR concrete for durability and high performance, with optional accessories and burner systems sourced from top manufacturers.

Yes, you can expedite your made-to-order fire feature for a fee, typically 15% of the unit’s total cost. Expediting will shorten the lead time, but the exact time frame will depend on production capacity. If your design plan has room for flexibility, you can avoid the expedited fee by going with a Quick Ship fire feature with faster lead times of 2 to 3 weeks.

LUMACAST offers a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. To begin, contact us via info@lumacast.com or 888-710-1026 and provide photos of the product for assessment. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that shipping costs are associated with these items based on your shipping zone, and flat rate shipping fees are subsidized by LUMACAST to provide more affordable options. If you need to return a product, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility, in addition to any applicable restocking fees, and will be deducted from your refund. If your unit had complimentary free shipping as part of a promotion, you would still be responsible for covering shipping costs on the return.

If white glove service was used, delivery fees are non-refundable. A pickup fee will apply for returns in California, while return crate and shipping fees will apply for other regions, all of which will be deducted from the refund along with the 25% restocking fee.
