Production Workflow & Timelines
INITIAL INQUIRY
1 - 2 weeks
Submit your measurements and product modifications. Our design team will contact you to discuss feasibility, manufacturing limitations, delivery/ shipping logistics, and scope.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
2 - 3 weeks
Lumacast provides detailed 2D and 3D drawings, as well as 3D-printed physical model (roughly 1:10 or 1:12 scale)
If you’re still deciding on product options, material samples will be provided at this time.
PRODUCTION
5 - 6 weeks
Once the design has been approved, your fire feature will be added to our production queue. During this time, custom molds are fabricated, and the piece is cast and prepped for delivery or shipping.

WHAT IS CUSTOM?
With Custom, you can modify the dimensions of a select number of fire features to meet your space planning needs and bring your design vision to life.
Do you need additional tablespace or more length, or do you want the height of your fire feature adjusted to better match your existing seating? It's all possible with Custom.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE A FIRE FEATURE NOT LISTED HERE?
At this time only the listed fire features are available for modification.
WHAT’S THE CURRENT LEAD TIME FOR CUSTOM?
The current lead time for a custom fire feature is between ten to twelve weeks.
ARE SALE AND TRADE PROMOTIONS APPLICABLE TO CUSTOM?
No, custom fire features are not compatible with any discounts or promotions. If you’d like to take advantage of any seasonal sales, opt for a made-to-order or quick-ship fire feature.
WHATS THE WARRANTY ON CUSTOM?
Custom products are covered by our industry-leading warranty.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
It is important to make sure all measurements and product modifications are dialed in before production is started. Material samples are also provided.
Returns or exchanges due to in-transit damage or defects from craftsmanship are covered under our standard store policies.
