PLEASE NOTE
Should you choose to add an all-weather cover to your fire feature order, rest assured, it will be included in the same delivery. The cover will arrive either within the crate of your fire feature or dropped off as part of our white glove delivery. However, if the all-weather cover is ordered independently, we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.
These all-weather covers are available for purchase in conjunction with a new fire feature or to clients who currently own LUMACAST products. We cannot accommodate the volume of individual sales and apologize for any inconvenience.

Our custom-made all-weather covers are mediumweight, tear-resistant, waterproof, and offer high UV resistance protecting your LUMACAST fire feature year-round and perfect for climates in close proximity to saltwater, frequent rain, snow, and freezing conditions.
Please remember always to make sure the fire feature is cooled down before placing the cover.

LUMACAST recommends cleaning your all-weather cover with mild, non-abrasive all-purpose household cleaners such as “Method” or “Seventh Generation” Spray-Cleaner. We also recommend “Pledge Specialty Surface Cleaner” as an all-in-one cleaner and protector. Please do not use harsh chemicals, as they may damage the all-weather cover. Periodic cleaning with mild cleaning products is suggested for optimum performance of your all-weather cover.

Curbside freight: Available within the contiguous United States. Depending on the final destination, please allow up to an additional week for transit.
White glove service: White glove service is available year-round for residential projects within California and seasonally for projects located in Arizona, Colorado, Southern Nevada, and Utah. Our team will deliver and carry your fire feature into your outdoor living space and place it in its final position.
We are happy to provide complimentary installation and finalize all connections as long as your plumbing has been prepared to our required specifications by a licensed professional in advance of your delivery.
Self-pickup from warehouse: Ideal for projects in San Diego, Riverside, or Orange County. Pick up your product from our warehouse in the Logan Heights neighborhood for free.
For projects in Alaska, Hawaii, any U.S. Territory, or abroad: Lumacast will ship your product to a regional distributor. From there, you are responsible for arranging the necessary transport to get your product to its final destination. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
