SMALL CHANGES THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We’ve analyzed our entire manufacturing process, from product development to final installation. By thinking and acting sustainably, we’ve made substantial enhancements to our processes without sacrificing our signature quality:
Our supply chain is local, meaning we don’t utilize any materials that don’t originate within 500 miles of our shop here in San Diego.
We CNC mill mold parts and our shipping crates utilizing software to nest components, maximizing the number of parts that can be extracted from each consumable good further reducing waste.
25% of our products are recycled aggregate by volume. Additionally, the footprint of our casting process is further reduced and streamlined with the implementation of multi-use molds.
Our sealer is water-based, non-toxic and has a low VOC.
By combining multiple projects into a single delivery, we’re able to not only reduce costs for our clients but also reduce our CO₂ emissions.
